Please inform your editor if you plan to submit your work online, as we offer ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) formatting at no additional cost. ASCII text remains consistently intact during online submission. ASCII (pronounced "askee") uses a plain text language that is easily read by any software program or computer system. At no additional cost, our formatter will ensure that your work displays correctly in ASCII format.
If you are submitting a hard-copy of your work, you should instead select our Microsoft Word formatting option. We offer professional formatting in MS Word using 1.5 spacing, 11-point, Times New Roman font.
Please note that you may select both types of formatting (both ASCII and MS Word) at no additional cost to you.
